Chakka Pradhaman Payasam

A bowl of Chakka Pradhaman Payasam, an Onam special
  • Roast the cashews, raisins, and almonds in Annapoorna Natural Ghee on a medium flame. 
  • Dry roast the grated coconut in the same pan until it turns golden brown.
  • Cook the jackfruit with Annapoorna Jaggery powder and roasted cashews in the pan for about 10 minutes.
  • Once the jackfruit mix is thickened, add the coconut milk and cardamom powder.
  • Continue stirring until you reach the desired consistency.
  • Turn off the flame and garnish with mixed dry fruits.
