Moong Dal Ladoo

Neatly stacked moong dal ladoos on a porcelain plate
  1. On a medium flame, dry roast Annapoorna Moong Dal until it develops a nice aroma.
  2. Grind the Annapoorna Moong Dal into a fine powder.
  3. Powder the Annapoorna Brown Crystal Sugar.
  4. Roast the raisins, almonds, and cashews in Annapoorna Ghee.
  5. Transfer the powdered moong dal to a bowl.
  6. Add roasted raisins, almonds, and cashews along with a pinch of cardamom powder.
  7. Add melted Ghee, mix well, then begin making ladoo.

Your tasty and healthy moong dal ladoo is ready.
