Our soya chunks fry recipe shows how to make a healthy and delicious dish made with organic soya chunks, spices and herbs. It is a perfect side dish for rice and roti.

- Soya Chunks – 1 cup
- Oil – 3 tbsp
- Salt – As required
- Annapoorna Mustard seeds – ¼ tsp
- Annapoorna Cumin seeds – ¼ tsp
- Ginger finely chopped – 1 tsp
- Garlic finely chopped – 1 tsp
- Green Chilles – 2 no
- Curry Leaves
- Onion finely chopped – 2 no
- Annapoorna Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
- Garam Masala – 1tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1tsp
- Chilly Powder – 1tbsp
- Tomato – 1 Cup
- Soak the soya chunks for 15 minutes in hot water.
- In a pan, heat the oil and add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, green chilies, and curry leaves. Stir well to combine.
- Saute onion & salt until tender.
- Add turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, chilli powder, and saute well
- Now add tomato & saute well.
- Add the soya chunks after squeezing the excess water & add the required amount of salt
- Mix it well & cook it for 10 mins.
