Ashwagantha Tea

(For one cup)

Ashwagantha Powder – 1 tsp
Ginger – ¼ piece
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Mint Leaves – 4
Honey – 1 tbsp
Water – 3 cups

  1. Add 3 cups of water to a tea pan and boil it for 3 minutes.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of Ashwagandha Powder and crushed ginger to the boil water.
  3. Stir and boil the above mixture for 10 minutes.
  4. Turn off the flame and add the lemon juice.
  5. To enhance the flavor, add mint leaves.
  6. Lastly, add a bit of honey to taste.

Your Ashwagantha herbal tea is now ready.
