Healthy Soya Chunks Fry Recipe

Our soya chunks fry recipe shows how to make a healthy and delicious dish made with organic soya chunks, spices and herbs. It is a perfect side dish for rice and roti.

  1. Soya Chunks – 1 cup
  2. Oil – 3 tbsp
  3. Salt – As required
  4. Annapoorna Mustard seeds – ¼ tsp
  5. Annapoorna Cumin seeds – ¼ tsp
  6. Ginger finely chopped – 1 tsp
  7. Garlic finely chopped – 1 tsp
  8. Green Chilles – 2 no
  9. Curry Leaves
  10. Onion finely chopped – 2 no
  11. Annapoorna Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
  12. Garam Masala – 1tsp
  13. Cumin Powder – 1tsp
  14. Chilly Powder – 1tbsp
  15. Tomato – 1 Cup
  1. Soak the soya chunks for 15 minutes in hot water.
  2. In a pan, heat the oil and add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, green chilies, and curry leaves. Stir well to combine.
  3. Saute onion & salt until tender.
  4. Add turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, chilli powder, and saute well
  5. Now add tomato & saute well.
  6. Add the soya chunks after squeezing the excess water & add the required amount of salt
  7. Mix it well & cook it for 10 mins.
