- Carrot (finely chopped) – ¼ cup
- Beans (finely chopped) – ¼ cup
- Mushroom (finely chopped) – ¼ cup
- Sweet Corn – ¼ cup
- Butter – 1 tsp
- Annapoorna Bay Leaf – 1 No
- Cinnamon – 1 No
- Garlic – 3 Cloves
- Onion finely chopped – ¼ cup
- Water – 5 cup
- Corn Flour Powder – ¼ tsp
- Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
- Ground Pepper – 1/4 tsp
- Add butter to the pot and heat. After the butter melts, add the garlic, bay leaf, and cinnamon.
- Add finely chopped onion and stir well.
- Add finely chopped carrots, beans, mushrooms, sweet corn & stir well.
- Then add the ground corn for thickness & stir it well.
- Add 5 cups of water and the required amount of salt. Cover the pot and cook for 20 minutes.
- Dissolve the corn flour powder in ¼ water & add it to the soup. Cook for 5 mins.
- When the soup becomes slightly thick, turn off the heat.
- Finally, add the ground pepper and coriander leaves.
Serve the spicy vegetable soup.
