Vegetable soup

  1. Carrot (finely chopped) – ¼ cup
  2. Beans (finely chopped) – ¼ cup
  3. Mushroom (finely chopped) – ¼ cup
  4. Sweet Corn – ¼ cup
  5. Butter – 1 tsp
  6. Annapoorna Bay Leaf – 1 No
  7. Cinnamon – 1 No
  8. Garlic – 3 Cloves
  9. Onion finely chopped – ¼ cup
  10. Water – 5 cup
  11. Corn Flour Powder – ¼ tsp
  12. Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
  13. Ground Pepper – 1/4 tsp
  1. Add butter to the pot and heat. After the butter melts, add the garlic, bay leaf, and cinnamon.
  2. Add finely chopped onion and stir well.
  3. Add finely chopped carrots, beans, mushrooms, sweet corn & stir well.
  4. Then add the ground corn for thickness & stir it well.
  5. Add 5 cups of water and the required amount of salt. Cover the pot and cook for 20 minutes.
  6. Dissolve the corn flour powder in ¼ water & add it to the soup. Cook for 5 mins.
  7. When the soup becomes slightly thick, turn off the heat.
  8. Finally, add the ground pepper and coriander leaves.

Serve the spicy vegetable soup.
