- Quinoa - 1 cup
- Sesame Oil - 3 tbsp
- Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Ginger paste - ½ tsp
- Onion, chopped - ¼ cup
- Carrot, chopped - ¼ cup
- Red Bell Pepper, chopped - ¼ cup
- Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped - ¼ cup
- Zucchini, chopped - ¼ cup
- Broccoli, chopped - ¼ cup
- Pepper powder - ½ tsp
- Soy Sauce - 1tsp
- Spring Onion, chopped - ¼ cup
- Salt as required
- Rinse and soak the Quinoa for 5 minutes
- And steam cook it in 2 cups of boiling water
- Then let the cooked quinoa cool down
- Heat a frying pan for 30 seconds.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of oil, add ginger paste, garlic paste, onion and saute briefly.
- Saute carrots, red bell peppers, and yellow bell peppers for 3 minutes
- Add zucchini and broccoli to the same pan and saute for 2 minutes, then season with salt as required
- Add ½ tsp Black pepper powder, 1tsp Soy Sauce
- Add cooked quinoa to the above mixture and mix well. Add chopped spring onions.
