- Tofu – 400 grams
- Sesame oil – 4 tablespoon
- Onion – chopped ½ cup
- Tomato – chopped ½ cup
- Ginger – small piece finely chopped
- Garlic – 10 finely chopped
- Green chilli – 1 chopped
- Red capsicum – chopped ½ cup
- Green capsicum – chopped ½ cup
- Spring Onion – ½ cup
- Broccoli – ½ cup
- Red chilli powder – 1/2 tablespoon
- Annapoorna Black Pepper – 1 /2 teaspoon
- Annapoorna Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
- Annapoorna Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Annapoorna Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
- Salt – as required
- Soy sauce – 2 tablespoon
- Honey – 2 tablespoon
- Coriander leaves – for garnishing
- Cut the tofu into medium size cubes.
- Add the tofu, 1/2 teaspoon of Annapoorna Black Pepper in a mixing bowl. Toss them well.
- In a pan add 2 tablespoons of oil & put the above tofu mixture. Fry till it gets golden & crispy.
- In a pan add 2 tablespoons of oil.
- Add coriander powder, cumin seeds, Onion & Tomato saute for 30 seconds.
- Add the chopped red capsicum, green capsicum, broccoli, green chilli, spring onion, 1 pinch Annapoorna turmeric powder, ginger, garlic & required salt saute well for 30 Seconds.
- Now add 1/2 tablespoon of Red chilli powder, 2 tablespoon of Soy sauce, 2 tablespoon of Honey & saute well
- Now add the fried tofu & stir well.
- Finally add coriander leaves for garnishing
- Tofu stir fry is ready to serve with rice, noodles, paratha and roti.
