Protein Laddu

  • Ground coconut – 1 cup
  • Annapoorna Cardamoms – 10 nos.
  • Annapoorna Flax Seeds – 1/2 cup
  • Soft deseeded dates – 12 to 13 nos.
  • Pink salt – to taste
  • Raisins – 1/4 cup
  1. Take a pan and add the grated coconut
  2. Fry the grated coconut on medium flame until it turns into light golden brown colour. 
  3. Transfer it to a plate allow it to cool down
  4. Crush the cardamoms
  5. Put flax seeds in a blender and make a fine powder
  6. Add to the blender, dates, toasted coconut, cardamom powder, two pinches of pink salt and raisins and grind coarsely.
  7. Make the mixture into small round balls. 

Your protein laddu is ready.
