- Ground coconut – 1 cup
- Annapoorna Cardamoms – 10 nos.
- Annapoorna Flax Seeds – 1/2 cup
- Soft deseeded dates – 12 to 13 nos.
- Pink salt – to taste
- Raisins – 1/4 cup
- Take a pan and add the grated coconut
- Fry the grated coconut on medium flame until it turns into light golden brown colour.
- Transfer it to a plate allow it to cool down
- Crush the cardamoms
- Put flax seeds in a blender and make a fine powder
- Add to the blender, dates, toasted coconut, cardamom powder, two pinches of pink salt and raisins and grind coarsely.
- Make the mixture into small round balls.
Your protein laddu is ready.
