- Onion Sliced – 3 numbers
- Green Chillies – 3 to 4
- Annapoorna Fennel – 1 tsp
- Annapoorna Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
- Pinch of Asafoetida
- 1 Sprig Curry Leaves chopped
- Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Required Salt
- ½ Cup Annapoorna Besan Flour
- ¼ Cup Rice Flour
- Water
- In a mixing bowl, combine sliced and separated onions, green chillies, Annapoorna Fennel Seeds, Annapoorna Chilli Powder, a pinch of asafoetida, 1 sprig Curry leaves chopped, coriander leaves, oil and salt. Mix all ingredients together.
- To the above mixture, add the Annapoorna Besan Flour & Rice Flour. Combine well.
- For 5 minutes, set this aside.
- Heat the oil for frying.
- Sprinkle a little water over the dough and mix well.
- Fry the small amount of dough in the hot oil until it is golden brown.
