- Jackfruit – 500 g
- Annapoorna Cashew nuts – 10
- Grated coconut – 1 cup
- Coconut milk – 2 cups
- Annapoorna Jaggery – 2 cups (powdered)
- Cardamom powder – 1 pinch
- Annapoorna Natural Ghee – 2 tsp
- Raisins – 10
- Annapoorna Almonds – 5
- Dry fruits for garnishing
- Roast the cashews, raisins, and almonds in Annapoorna Natural Ghee on a medium flame.
- Dry roast the grated coconut in the same pan until it turns golden brown.
- Cook the jackfruit with Annapoorna Jaggery powder and roasted cashews in the pan for about 10 minutes.
- Once the jackfruit mix is thickened, add the coconut milk and cardamom powder.
- Continue stirring until you reach the desired consistency.
- Turn off the flame and garnish with mixed dry fruits.
