(For one cup)
Ashwagantha Powder – 1 tsp
Ginger – ¼ piece
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Mint Leaves – 4
Honey – 1 tbsp
Water – 3 cups
- Add 3 cups of water to a tea pan and boil it for 3 minutes.
- Add 1 teaspoon of Ashwagandha Powder and crushed ginger to the boil water.
- Stir and boil the above mixture for 10 minutes.
- Turn off the flame and add the lemon juice.
- To enhance the flavor, add mint leaves.
- Lastly, add a bit of honey to taste.
Your Ashwagantha herbal tea is now ready.
